At Double D Ranch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your computer; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
